This Yiddish translation is probably based on a pirated German translation published in Nuremberg in 1551 under the title Anatomia deudsch. Organized in the same 6 chapters as the original Latin epitome of Vesalius and the Anatomia deudsch, concerning bones and cartilage, ligaments and muscles, the digestive system, the heart, the brain, and the reproductive system.
