Like the writings of Beni Doru, Azariah of Edomim, and Avraham Sha'ar Aryeh, Yagel's books clearly demonstrate maximum control over contemporary Hebrew sources and a complex use of Hebrew, Latin, Italian, and even Greek writings, which are characteristic of the literary work.
