The entries are written in a narrative form, with headings that usually indicate the names of one or two parties, usually individuals; in at least a few instances a hospital or a hospital administrator (Spitalmeister) is named (f. 80r, 165v). Sometimes place of residence seems to be given, such as Pfeddersheim (f. 160v and 194r, and partial leaf mounted on f. 15r) and Heidelberg (f. 43r).
