To determine the associations, two separate multiple regressions are utilized during the NBA seasons, 2013-2014 and 2014-2015. This paper finds that teams are not effectively compensating players, with more analytical inclined front offices being more effective at compensating players.NBASalaryEffective AllocationRegressionand StatisticsBusinessSalary in the National Basketball AssociationDissertation/Thesis
